I hope this is the right section for advice.

We have been getting loads of calls regarding ppi.

Has anyone claimed themselves, without handling 30% over to the middleman?

Not sure what to do.

Thank you in advance Smile

It's surprisingly easy to put your own claim in. The excellent website MoneySavingExpert.com has a whole section on it here. You just need to know who you had the PPI with and the more details of your account or loan or HP agreement the better. My friend's DH (not great with money) is self-employed so his was missold PPI on that basis. He downloaded the template, filled it in and got his money back within about four months. No middlemen!!! Good luck

I will take a look too!!!!! I am now telling cold callers about PPI's that it is all in hand and that I am doing it myself. But get on with it Blush
