Mobile phone insurance??

Just about to get iphone 4s for my daughter with Three
Have checked my home and contents insurance and excess is £200 for theft/damage. Should i take out insurance with THREE or is there a cheaper option. We have 4 phones in our household and none of them insured.

Check your bank? We have a joint account with Barclays, and have upgraded to the additions account purely for the mobile phone insurance - £6.50 per month, but to cover both of our phones and the iPad with a £50 excess seemed worth it.
