hi i'm a single mum of one, who over the years have taken out a few loans

and 2 credit cards. i thought i may have paid ppi on these but wasnt sure
but i was advised to pursue a mis-sold ppi claim. i have to agree that if i
have paid ppi i have never asked for it and ive written to my bank
explaining this. they have sent me a letter back this morning stating as
this time they cannot pursue any claim for me as i havent given them an
exact reason why i think i was mis-sold ppi!!! i thought i had. can you
help with any advice? i know of women and men who i work with who have only
had to ring up their banks and straightaway they have been helped and been
offered settlement figures. why are natwest being so difficult?
