What time is it, for how long do they rev the bike etc?

MerlinsBeard · 22/03/2006 19:22

diff times and lengths of time. we have been noting but its getting on my wick now. wanted to know what the actual law was so that when i go and attempt a "nice" chat with the owners in themorning then i have got that clear in my mind and can refer to it if i need to.

I think it depends if they are doing it before a certain time in the morning and after a certain time at night. Have you looked at your Council's website under Environmental Health? Your local bye-laws should be listed there.

thanks paolosgirl for ur help. I thought that too if i am being honest with myself. The page is loading but, like any other council thing, its being slow !!

Oh we had this with a neighbour last year, we complained to his landlord the housing association but that got us nowhere, in he end we got environmental health involved and also notified the police who went and had a quiet word with him and he doesnt do it so much now.
