I am looking for some advice please, i was awarded 12 points at esa medical and sent away form welfare person supplied me with stating i wanted an appeal. i have asked a few times when can i get to say why i want to appeal as stuff lady from medical said were untrue and she never completed medical and have been told to wait till appeal hearing. I have read elsewhere about others saying you can write into them to say why you disagree. Is this correct? i received letter saying appeal has been logged and i will get date in over next 6-8 weeks so am i too late to write in? not sure what to do.
