Can ppi companies trace your full financial records?

Dh and I were in so much debt a few years ago, we had loans, cc's and store cards coming out our ears!

We have paid it all off now but were in so much of a mess at the time that I can't even remember all the companies involved.,

Can ppi companies trace this info or do you need to give them the names of your lenders?

I believe you would have to give them the info. How long ago were the debts repaid? Can you simply get a copy of your credit file and use that (shows any debts which were still active within the last 6 years).

Those PPI companies take a huge percentage of your claim to do something you can easily do yourself for free
