anyone tackled this as a single mum ive had my housibng benfit reduced because i i recieve working take credit. but the majority of this working tax benfit pays for childcare.
As a result im earning less than the min of a single parent and one child which is £153 a week.
Fighting them since june so dont know if i should go the legal route any advice or ideas anyone is same boat ?
