Undelivered Item from LivingSocial

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum but seeing as it involves my money, I guessed it might be okay to post in here.

Quick question for advice really. An item I bought from Living Social in April has still not been delivered. About 12 weeks after I bought it I emailed them by pressing the reply button on a order confirmation email but I suspected the mail box wasn't manned because I got no reply. Since I have sent about 3 emails through their website, one a month for the past 3 months with my last asking for a reply in 2 weeks before I take this further. Where can I take this further to though? Is it Trading Standards or do I take it to Small Claims? Any advice would be much appreciated, I'm about £30 out of pocket so it is not the end of the world but I hate being ripped off and so am motivated enough to put in a bit of time to resolve this.

Try calling them rather than emailing? The number on their website is 0203-356-0899.
