basically from the day i told my emp[loyers i was expecting I was made to feel as though I was no longer there. Although I intended to return to work i was treated as though I was simply a nobody and my views and concerns were no longer considered. Despite being a succeful manager to the setting with an excellnet reputation I was told whilst pregnant " it was time fresh ideas were implemented and was no longer required at meetings. I had as you can imagine a very stressful pregnancy, hospitalised twice, a dreadful birth and suffered postnatal depression. during my leave a temp was brought in only to change many things. The reputation is now suffering. I felt that as I was disregarded during my pregnancy I felt i could not reurn to work 4 months after giving birth. (taken early leave due to hospitalisation put down to stress) Anyway I handed my notice in. Now however I have found my feet 8 months down the line and feel very angry that I allowed the company to do this to me.I am unsure about where I stand with the law and I am considering legal action. What do you think

Have you kept emails/notes etc?

Difficult. I think there is a 3 month window in which you can take appropriate action (e.g. Tribunal) which you will have missed as you resigned 8 months ago. Talk to CAB.
