CTC - overpaid and appealing against it but STILL receiving payments??

We've been overpaid by thousands, they can't seem to tell me the exact figure????

I'm appealing against them as I know the overpayment is their fault, and I've started to receive payments again.

Trouble is we really need this money but I feel if my complaint isn't upheld we'll be even more in debt to them.

Any advice would be appreciated. thanks.

If you have disputed it they will have to pay you until they have looked into it. Your overpayment won't rise as long as you are getting the correct payments at the moment but they will just put the collection on hold till the dispute is finalised.
