Our DC1 is due in a month and we are wondering how we begin claiming CB. Is there a website? A phone number? Help!

You'll get a form in the bounty pack and you need the birth certificate.

They'll give you it at the hospital after you have the bsby it has samples etc in you used to get a couple during pregnancy too.

Not every where does bounty packs, think you can get form from your mw.
