Thought I'd start this thread do that you can ask any questions or just for a chat.

I think when your in this situation you know that bankrupcy isn't anything you enter into lightly.
The Court clerk and the Offical Receiver were really nice and they are on your side. When you come out of court the relief is amazing it's hard to explain.

For the creditors date we just put not known on some as they occured a good while ago and didn't know the dates,and that was fine with them.
If you can remember when you got the credit card just put that dat or just say not known.
Are you working at the momment ? I'm not working and put that I didn't know my tax reference number and left the address blank.
Wehn DH comes in later I'll ask him if he knows where you'll get the info from.

heavenis, I feel bad now for putting you out - what I'll do is fill out as much info as I can then take the paperwork with me to the CAB to finish it off.

Please don't go to any trouble, I just wondered if it was something simple I'd missed!

Your not putting me out we've got all the stuff in a box file under computer. I'm sure he got the tax reference number off the P60 it's 3 numbers followed by 2 letters and another 8 numbers. His tax office is Glasgow. I can check anyway.

Dh says it should be found on your wage slip.
Another thing that might help you is if you have a copy of the bankrupcy form as that has the guidence forms with it you can get it from the court which would deal with bankrupcy.

You can go on the Insolvency web page and you can down load the forms and guidence from there too.
When do you go to CAB.
We didn't go and see anyone just got all the info off the net etc.

I'm filling in all the forms on the Insolvency official website - have to say the guidance isn't up to much though!

I haven't rung the National Debt Line yet, so perhaps they'll be able to advise about filling out the forms. It's nigh on impossible to get through to the CAB on the phone!

The guidence is next to useless,it took use a while to get it sorted. Do you want to e-mail me any questions. I really don't mind.
