For those of you have received one recently. Where will you invest it?

Received dd2's in the post last week but have no clue where to invest. Dd1's is in the Halifax only cos we bank there but need to be better informed this time.

do you want it to be saved or go in to shares?

mrspitt · 05/03/2006 18:40

Errrmmm??
Honestly, have no idea. That's quite bad isn't it? Because dd1's is already in a fund i'm not sure if i can move it and is it fair if they end up with different amounts?

But then ds doens't have one at all so it isn't fair. What do you suggest?

Probably saved now i think about it cos it is safer and then birthday/xmas money could also be put in then.

\link{http://www.ctfhelp.com/\i found this was helpful for me to choose}

I wanted to save the money as we aren't ever going to have a spare £250 each for the boys. We chose the Yorkshire building society as they offered the best rate. Try looking at Money Saving Expert, loads of advice there and it's how we made our decision.
