How do I open a First Direct account?

I understand they are an online bank, is that right?

Does anyone know what the criteria is to open an account with them?

Would anyone recommend them? Or not?

Thank you. I went round in circles looking for the criteria but it looks like we meet it so will give them a call in the morning. Glad to hear you'd recommend them. I've only heard good things about them so hopefully they'll accept us! :)
