to cut a long story short, ex left me with dd/ds he refused to help pay mortgage so i got close to repossession local council recommended and initiated mortgage rescue scheme so local housing association have now purchased house BUT now local council are refusing to help with housing benefit as there was no repossession order in place does anyone know how to help solve this please
