Working tax credit, how many hours do we need to work to be eligible?

I'm a single parent working 16 hours per week and get child tax credit and working tax credit!

I heard that the rules are changing end of july and you must work 24 hours or more to get wtc. Is that correct?

And does this rule apply to single mothers?

For single parents it's still 16 hours. Couples changed in April to 24 hours with one person working at least 16 hours.
