Anyone had a painting restored? How much?

Its about A3 size, small hole and several decades of grime to be removed.

Anyone had anything like this done?

I had an enormous painting cleaned (about 3 by 4 ft) and the frame cleaned and repaired and a burn mark fixed. Cost about £130 5 years ago I think, via a local picture framer.
