Not sure im posting in the right place here, but does anyone on here understand the agenda for change thing. On last months pay slip i had AFC absence paid in for £289 and on this months it says AFC absence -£280. I think it is to do with sick pay but i had a week off in April self cert on medical advice so thought the first one was sick pay. Why would it be deducted the following month? Bit confused by it all.
TIA if anyone can shed light on it. Trying to get hold of payservices is an absolute nightmare.
