hi all...i hopesome1 out there can help feel a bit confused as 2 what 2 i should do..ive posted a couple of threads if any1 wishes 2 read to get info on my situation which is a very bad1 i mite add...my threads are in lone parents...LOST ALONE CONFUSED also CONTACT AT CONTACT CENTER...im in a dilemma....my x partner who i no longert speak with...did get access 2 ds without the need for going to court...but ive now refused due 2 alot of trouble the family gave me 2 weeks ago...now im moving x doesnt know as we havent seen or spoke 2 each other in 6 months...x was never my bf just some1 i went with a few times if u know what i mean...so what do i do...do i say im leaving or should i just go..n not say anything his mum lives underneath so cant sneak away...plz plz read my threads many thanx xxxxxxxxxxx

hi 7up..yes i remember u...i also went 2 court on friday to get injunction against family..well isnt going my way can u believe that!! judge says we nned 2 pinpoint that the mother is starting it as shes doing it through the kids jesus how the hell am i going to prove that also judge wasnt interested in the issue of my x..response 2 him was he hasnt done anything!! ermmmmmmmmm plzzzzzzzzzzz wattttttttt..was gobsmacked walked out of court in tears solictor says ive a 50/50 chsnce of getting injunction but ti doesnt look good at all..feel really low about it all i kept a diary of the abuse for what all for nothing..feel as if im the 1 who is wrong...thats how they made me feel..

PLZ READ MY LAST THREADS LOST CONFUSED..ALSO CONTACT AT CONTACT CENTER....ive really been through it this week,,so much has gone on my mind cant atke no more...ok if you read my last threads...this is what has happend...ok my 2 girls do not have friends here due to all the trouble iv ehad with the family...my eldest begged me can 2 of her friends come here so they can go out to eat,,i say ok...anyway..4 of them leave my 2 girls n their 2 friends...im in living room seeing to j..when i hear shouting n screaming...i go to window the family are abusing my girls n their friends...i had 2 leave j n run downstairs 2 see what was going on..when i get down theres xs mum sisters friends,,boyfriend..screaming at them..swearing threatening..i couldnt do anything there was more of them than there is me...i was scared so i just told my girls to run...the eldest girl the sister of x who 17 was screaming im going to fking kill them watch watch u slags..the mum told my kids to fk off all that..then i hear them shouting getdwayne thats the x..i don tno whether they saing it to frighten me or wat..so i ran in..phoned police...5 mins later the x sister screaming up at my windows..u fking slag big woman come down here...i went to the window i said who u speaking to,,she said i want your girls n their friends..i told her they had gone. i noticed something in her hand it was either a bat or a lump of wood...i said 2 her look ur a big woman to them they only 13 leave them alone...she then continued to abuse me callin gme all the names under the sun which i ignored..anyway nx thing i hear the x outside shouting to his mum whats going on...i though o hear we go he gonna start now..but he didnt anyway..police came they spoke to x mother as usual she denied it all...police did nothing!! so ive bnow been to my sol who has now applied 4 an injunction to the family..but 2 the x but im 2 scared now to go to contact center..has i feel very unsafe...n vunrable right now...i feel he might have some1 waiting 4 me when i get out of there..so ive told sol im not doing the visit im to scared...this is really getting to me i dont know how much more of this i can take feel im going 2 break help plzzzzzzzzzzzz x

you must try and be strong for your children, this is so sad, i cant imagine how intimidated you must be feeling and that the police did nothing. i hope someone comes on that knows how to help you, i can chat to you till someone comes to give you advice if you like. are you okay now, door locked and kids in safe?

7 mum lives in surrey...she has been 2 stay...so feel alot better..i just cant wait 2 move but not sure wat 2 do about x should i say im going or just leave wat im scared of is on the day i move it will be my brothers that move me..n im scared if x comes along it mite kick off n he carries knives i dont want any trouble or any1 2 get hurt ..n im not sure wat 2 do 4 the best u no...my friend she said 2 me earlier...that x has put up a fight 2 c j...n he hasnt been abusive 2 me for months she said maybe i should leave a note mae him aware im going give him my number not addy n say we arrange contatc that way im safe 2 leave no trouble then change my number wen i get there ..but i dont no wats rite n wats rong x

if hes not been abusive praps its his family that are the pain and once youve moved away he might prove to be quite reasonable. his mother might be a bad influence on him. can you arrange for your brothers to bring some mates to move you?prob be a good idea to let him know but praps leave a letter that he will get once youre safely gone
