Question re Barclays account

DP has a current a/c with Barclays. On his statement on the left of the screen, online banking, it shows the o/d amount and a 'personal reserve' figure. What does that mean?

If the balance drops into the personal reserve they charge a flat fee of 22pounds, you then have 5days to credit the account with enough funds to lift the balance above the personal reserve amount.

or they'll charge again

So is that after the overdraft (which is free up to an amount)?
