Switching banks

We have all our accounts with Natwest. Business and personal. It worked well as I could see all of them when logged in online. Now Natwest have sold the business banking to santander and I have to log into 2 seperate sites to access our accounts.

What other banks offer personal accounts/ savings accounts/ ISA's and allow for business banking too??

I would like a recommendation so we can move away from Natwest now.

This may not help you as such but I went from the Natwest to the Co op and haven't looked back - although not sure if they do business banking.

They are politeness itself over the phone and the internet banking is so user friendly it is a sheer pleasure to use them.

However it was such a faff transferring all the various standing orders/direct debits over it took forever!!
