Really nosy question but how much do you pay a month for your mortgage payment? Just trying to work out if we are paying over the odds?

TIA

Hi, we have £75K outstanding and pay £451 with Natwest but I think that is on the highside... will change ... eventually!

littlemissbossy · 17/02/2006 19:50

we have a £74K mortgage on a buy-to-let property interest only for £440

We have about that left on our mortgage and pay £300 with frist direct, interest-only.

Apart from interest rate (which could be fixed, floating, discounted), doesn't it depend on (amongst other things) whether it is an interest only or repayment in which case the term of the mortgage.

Ours was £62075 when we took it out and we owe about £57500 now. We were paying £399.13 but our fixed rate has just ended so new payments are £437.00
