can anyone explain this, my esa stopped due to me being on it for 2 years, due to me braking my back in a car accident.i'm out of pocket £180 per fortnight.the department of work and pensions has said we have to live off my partners wage of £800 per month, she got this topped up with £87 per week working tax credits.we got told to re apply for working tax credits as it should go up to make up for the large loss we have now got,and guess what the have put it down to £35 per week because i no longer claim esa. so all in all were now around £150 a week worse off. is there anything we can do,i am severely disabled as i have no movement in my back due to breaking it so have no way on earth of going back to work. any suggestions would be greatly welcome.
