Has anyone claimed mis-sold ppi with barclaycard credit card succesfully ?

I have just been in touch with them and I'm now waiting for a copy of the policy. I had the card for 10 years so if succesfull I should get a bit of money, not much as the credit limit is 500 pounds but still !

I've had a barclaycard for years, didn't realise they came with insurance. Could you please explain?

Ditto Thesamebutdifferent - had a couple of later payment charges over the years too, which some people have said is relevant, but I have no idea so wait to see if MN can clarify position with Barclaycard.

Check your credit card statement, if in the details you see optional payment protection and that you are paying for it..that's a ppi !

I got the policy back today, now I just have to write to them to ask for a broke down of the charges in order to calculate what they potentially owe me !

Yes, I just got a letter today offering me over £400. I'm chuffed! I've had his credit card for over 5 years but never had that much debt on it so wasn't expecting much at all.
They did take longer than 8 weeks though and I had to chase them a couple of times. Good luck!
