Money matters or legal... bit of both.
Had booked flights and accommodation separately for hols. Flights changed by crappy airline
to such an extent that we had to cancel flights (and got full refund on these). Had booked accom through Owners Direct. Owner very understanding and promised to send deposit back. Have chased her a few times but its gone very quiet.
Do I have any rights to the deposit back?. I don't think she had to refund the deposit (that's the point of a deposit after all) but we have the e-mail saying that she would refund us.
Anyone got any ideas?
