I'm one. What have they sent?

I haven't read it but I think it's just a share consolidation?

Just the usual, direct votes etc plus something to do with the shares.

So basically like the spilt into 3 they did a few years ago, which was to decrease the very high share price, its basically a 3 for 1 situation to try and raise tge share price? Oh and take it all of the extra shares sir Fred got us to buy?

Is it this?

If so, it is just a share consolidation. If you hold, say, 1000 shares now, these will be converted to 100 shares, each worth 10 times the value of the old shares. You therefore still own the same % of the company.

the shares are currently 25pence each, so will go up to c.£2.50. For some odd reason UK companies prefer their share price to be between £1 and £5 and will do share splits or consolidations to get to that sort of level.
