I'm waiting for a refund to go onto my card (was done on Monday morning) but have also been having problems with Ebay activating the anti-fraud thing on the same card so not sure if there's just no money on it yet or it's been blocked again!
(Haven't got a phone to hand to ring them so thought I'd ask!)
