Just wondering if anyone can advise. Start my maternity on 23rd May. I only get the legal requirement from company so 90% for 6 weeks then onto £135 per week after that.
However, my question is I currently get paid the 28th of every month. This will be the same on maternity, but how do they calculate it. Will it be the same amount per month or will it be worked out over how many weeks and days are in each month. Payroll are being no help whatsoever so wondered if anyone else would know.
