Keeping track with a spreadsheet

is there some sort of spreadsheet app I can have on my iPad to keep track of spending, incomings, outgoings etc. I am not the best organized person or savvy in the ways of spreadsheets to it would have to be simple, very simple.

Rather than a spreadsheet, I always recommend people download a copy of Microsoft Money Plus Sunset Edition. It's free, very simple to set-up and use and allows you to keep track of spending and cashflow.

It's easy to just add an entry every time I spend something as I usually have my phone with me
