Anyone help? We have had a mortgage offer, do i need to do anything? Ie accept, let mortgage lender know? Am thinking our solicitors deal with this and contact our lender to have the monies paid into theiraccount to alliw them to pay for our new house, us this correct?

No need to stress Smile Your solicitor will have been sent a copy as well. Mortgage offers are valid for a specific amount of time. Your solicitor just needs to ensure that your sale completes whilst your offer is valid. He/she will do all the searches etc and will then send a certificate of title to your mortgage company notifying them when they require the funds.

Thank you so much. I thought this was the case. This is the third time I've bought/sold but really cant remember how it all works and dont want to become a pain ringing sols/mortgage company every 5 minutes!!
