does a mum on income support receive all the csa money that dad pays?

this message is a query for a friend...does a mum who has one dd and is a lone parent on income support get all the csa money that the dad pays? I was under the assumption that as she is on income support she only receives a max of £10 a week of this money that the dad pays?

But from next year the money stealing, lone parent hating cocksuckers in government take some of it . It will apply to everyone who gets maintenance via the CSA, not just people on IS. Not sure of the percentage though.
