this message is a query for a friend...does a mum who has one dd and is a lone parent on income support get all the csa money that the dad pays? I was under the assumption that as she is on income support she only receives a max of £10 a week of this money that the dad pays?

Yes, she gets it all.

is this a new ruling then? as years ago, i know that if you were on income support you only got £10 max of this money

Well logically who would get the rest of it if not the mother??

miarosemum · 23/02/2012 21:59

well the government used to keep the rest to cover the cost of the income support..

yes.

But from next year the money stealing, lone parent hating cocksuckers in government take some of it Sad Angry. It will apply to everyone who gets maintenance via the CSA, not just people on IS. Not sure of the percentage though.
