morning

does anyone use these people for childcare vouchers? I've had nothing but trouble from them, and now I've missed out on my vouchers for January as one of their employees neglected to tell me she hadn't received a fax, despite me emailing to ask.

I'm guessing there's nothing I can do to get two sets of vouchers for February, but where do I stand on getting some money back from busybees. It's clearly their mistake - i've got fax and email evidence from my end.

We have got money back from them, but we also asked for compensation (well, just the charges we had incurred as a result of their incompetence). We know we'll never see that.

BusyBees' online eVouchers system of payment has been fraught with problems. But that could partly be my company's fault for not ensuring our office IT system has the requisite software for running it.

Dh's company uses busybees - paper vouchers - we've had no problems with them..Nursery manager says they are very quick to redeem them..she is unhappy with the Accor vouchers she gets from my employer as they take a long time to redeem the voucher in her opinion.

The first few months we used busybees, they were always late sending out the vouchers. Following a LOT of complaints, they finally seem to have got their act together.
They should be able to reissue old vouchers, they did when DH's didn't turn up.

God, I didn't realise there was a problem with Busybees. I've just started using them as my workplace nursery accepts the vouchers and to be fair the 1st voucher for Jan turned up just before payday. But I've signed up for 5 months worth. I guess I'll just have to watch it.
