Entitled to SMP or anything?

DH & I are not elligible for any benefits/credit etc due to household income.

I cannot seem to find out whether if I continue to build up our business and get pregnant again (am currently on Maternity Leave) whether it will be financially possible for us for have another baby.

I went to see CAB who were no help.

If I was able to build up the business and get SMP that would I cannot seem to find conclusive evidence of what would happen if I got pregnant whilst on Leave and didn't go back.

I currently get SMP.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

If you are registered self-employed with HMRC and keep up with monthly National Insurance contributions for a qualifying period, you can apply for SMP/MA.

You will have to stop working though, so business duties need to be handed over while you are getting maternity allowance. Form which explains rules is on DWP website or via DirectGov.

Yesterday's edition of Moneybox Live on BBC R4 was all about maternity and paternity rights. Listen again on I-Player Here There may be something in there that is relevant.
