Today I have tried and failed to obtain a discount on a laptop at a large electrical store. They let me walk out rather than drop even a tenner and make an immediate sale. Is this the norm now? Has anyone else tried haggling recently on electrical good and did you have any luck? At least they didnt look at me like I was a nutter...
