is paying an overdraft off with 0% CC doable?

I have an overdraft of about £1500 and don't pay a great deal on it but would rather it interest free! I had a credit card that I have moved to a interest free card but didn't realise you couldn't add debit cards. Is there anyway of getting it onto a interest free card? What about taking cash out of a 0% cc card? Not sure if i could do this or how much it would charge to do this. Has anyone done this or got any ideas? I find if my debts are not incurring more debts and stay put (as such!) I can organise paying them off much easier. Thank you!

ohh have just checked moneysaving ex, and they talk of super balance transfer. Think Virgin do this with a 4% fee.
