Anyone any experience of complaining to SWALEC? Long drawn out complaint, serious matter, getting precisely no-where. Continuing threats of disconnection and still no one will take responsibility for investigating my complaint re billing. Dealing with Recoveries section who will not pass through to customer services (though, in the past, when I dealt with CS before Recoveries got involved), things again got no where. Calls not returned, letters not answered. It's been ghastly and I long for a fair resolution.
Ombudsman? But they say go through complaints channels. I thought I saw something on the SWALEC website about the possibility of a face to face discussion if need be but customer services denies any such service (may be there was one once and the customer care pages haven't been properly updated).
Any ideas gratefully received.
