Quick need help knowing my rights!!!

just finally recived my order of jane indy plus car seats. one is a returned item. it has a previous address on the box for a place in nottingham (half the address lable is ripped off), and the screws for one of the fittings is missing (the bit that helkps keeps the back rest attached to the booster seat). i am peed off to say ther least. i ordered a NEW seat, not a returned item.

i have left an answerphone message asking them to call me as i am not happy.

My brother recently had the same problem with a tv he ordered. Like your parcel his had an old address label on and the imstruction booklet even had writing in pencil in it.

He rang the company and they upgraded him to the next tv up for free, and sent someone out to collect the old one and deliver the new one the next day.

its not even usuable without being able to fit the bar in place

Surely you can just return it saying that it is damaged (screws missing) and so is not fit for purpose ?

i dont want to get stuck for sending it back. i will not be recomending the company who i used to anyone.

wel,, that was easy lol. new one being sent out, this one will be collected today hopefully. excellant. maybe i wil lrecommend them then lol.
