Beware seduction by a traffic warden

This afternoon I was seduced by a parking attendant. Alas it wan't as great as it sounds. I went to park outside the dentist near Cupcake in Putney but on noticing a parking suspension bay sign I pulled up to read the date. Where upon a parking attendant who was on his bike by the bay, ushered me into the bay and pulled down the parking suspension notice. I went to by a ticket and merrily went on my way. On returning to the car, the parking suspension sign was back up and both myself and the car behind me had been issued with a ticket.
This was clear entrapment and I am absolutely disgusted that someone would go out of their way to do something so evil. I found who I believed to be the same parking attendant round the corner and he of course denied everything saying he had proof he was elsewhere at the time I claimed it happened.
I clearly don't have a leg to stand on am obviously an idiot for believing him when he pulled the sign down. Please let this be a warning to everyone else parking in the area.
For your interest the parking attendant was number 1904 and the lady in the car behind who parked just before me said she never saw the sign and believes it wasn't there when she parked. Interesting that he hadn't issued her with a ticket when he was by the bay as I parked, only when he came back after seducing me.

I don't know about not having a leg to stand on. Send a stiff letter of complaint to whomever manages parking in Putney and dispute the penalty immediately. Take photgraphs of the notice to support your dispute
& identify the officer. If you still have the address of the other person misled by the warden send in a joint complaint as that will strengthen your case.
