Problem with online order...paypal...what can I do?

Not sure is this is the right section for this post, so apologies if not and could your redirect me!!!

I ordered something for xmas for my ds1 online. Paid via paypal on 11th Oct. Hasnt arrived. Emailed seller and they posted it on 12th and said they would check with the royal mail - but this was on tues and I havent heard anything since.

Can I get my money back from paypal or does the seller claim from the royal mail?

You raise a dispute through ebay and they sort it...

might not have been brought from ebay, but still used paypal. if this is the case raise a dispute through your paypal account and they will sort it ...
