I am thinking of calling and telling them the reprimands are hard. Then why happens?

If you're struggling to meet debt repayments (assume you meant that rather than reprimands) then you may benefit, in the first instance, from consulting one of the free debt advisory services such as CAB, CCCS or National Debtline. They are very good at suggesting solutions based on your total circumstances and will give you various options, whereas a CC company is really only interested in getting their money back.

yes CCCS are fab, phone them to make an appoitment with one of their advisors. The advisor will call you at the arranged time which by then you need to have a note of all outgoings and incomings, and see what they advise your repayments to be. They will contact the CC companies on your behalf. In the mean time, if you get call from the credit cards, just tell them you are in process of setting up plan with CCCS

CCCs ared brilliant and will help. In my experience you offer the creditors what you can afford to repay, they refuse the offer, you continue to pay what you.ve offered and eventually they accept.
