Sackache is Mortgagable!!!

After all the palaver with Halifax.... and my tantrum yesterday when I was on the verge of losing out on the house..... THEY FAXED THE FORMAL OFFER TO MY SOLICITOR THIS MORNING!

Thats it all done..... missives on my house are signed...... missives on our new house are being signed today...... and the mortgage is finalised!

THANKS FOR ALL THE ADVICE AND KEEPING ME CALM YOU LOT!

Now all I have to do is figure out how we move out and they move in on the same day!

I'll worry about that after Christmas.
