If your outgoings were £1700 for all essential bills - how much do you think would be a reasonable amount to live on for a comfortable-ish family like? (i.e including wine with meals and a few clubs for children).

i.e £1700 covers bills, but how much more would you need for food, savings, clothes, a couple of clubs for the kids etc...
