I've been getting lots of e-mails from various banks asking me to open up a link tp confirm my bank account details. I've never opened the link as it doesn't seem right asking for personnel details although as I've not opened the link I'm guessing what it says here!!!

Has anyone else had this?

It Is a SCAM.... dont Do it!

Your Bank KNOWS your details and wouldnt ask you to do this!

Sounds exactly like a scam, don't touch them with a barge. I don't think a bank would ever do this by email.

santasweetdreamer · 07/12/2005 09:59

also I've had them from banks I'm not in?

Barclays website for on-line banking warns not to reply to e-mails like this. They will never contact you this way. It's a scam, dont do it.
