My elderely mother has moved in with my brother and there is a 3 bedroom family home that needs emptying.
We're considering a open to the public house clearance sale, left over items are being offered to the Womens Refuge then the junk skipped.
Really, are house clearance sales worth the effort for return?
I have 6 family members helping me and we plan to run the sale over a 2 - 3 hour period on a Saturday afternoon.
Any tips or pitfalls that you can advise/warn against?
