Reclaiming Tax

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on how quickly I should expect a tax refund. I only worked from November this past financial year, so didn't earn my personal allowance. About a month ago I sent a copy of my P60 to HMRC and haven't heard anything since. Should I chase them up?

Call them and ask if you need to complete a tax return

Try ringing them. (altho a month isn't unusual to wait)

yes give them a ring, they are helpful, though can take ages to speak to someone (however I rang in April and am STILL waiting for refund grr)

Thanks everyone. I've been trying to call - no joy yet. And no doubt it's costing me a fortune... Guess I'll just have to keep trying.
