don't send it! I've sent three this year and they have apparently ignored them all... CAB tells me that they are only geared up to work with telephone so presumably letters go into a big unopened pile somewhere.

All calls are recorded so if you note what you said and the time and date (and ideally who you spoke to), they can search their recordings later if there are issues.

Arrgggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Dont say that Whenever I ring them they say, ok weve made a note but we havent changed anything...ER DUH What do you think im ringing you for??!! So i thought id post it......

maybe they just ALWAYS ignore chance of circumstances because they can't be arsed? (I'm glad you posted, I was beginning to feel victimised). Could try recorded delivery I guess? The address I used (note was totally useless): TCO Liverpool, government Building, Preston, Lancs, PR1 0YP

expatinscotland · 23/11/2005 17:27

Send it via recorded delivery, first class, or special delivery. Saved my ass when they cocked up our credits and said they overpaid us. I had all these receipts from recorded delivery and special delivery show show I reported everything promptly.

Send it to:

TCO Liverpool 3
TCO Government Buildings
Preston
Lancashire
PR1 0YP

I NEVER phone them now.

I'm sure there is out there somewhere, charlie. But I've never been able to find it.

expatinscotland · 23/11/2005 17:32

It also depends on how many you have in registered childcare, their ages, etc.

charlietherednosedpussy · 23/11/2005 17:33

no childcare

Don't write to them phone them then give it two days and phone back to make sure the change has gone through. Also they'll give you estimates over the phone.
