Why is it that I have got a letter today saying we owe them money, even though I have a letter here from September with the same details that says they are paying us 2.94 a week??!!!

ask them to look at it again. There is a loy of issues at the moment over these apparent overpayments.

Im going to have to, dp was made redundant at the end of last month and I was hoping for some money from them not a 900 bill.

as long as you let them know about the change and you reported all to them then they should be able to offer you an explanation.
