I was expecting thousands of pounds (which had been "stolen" from DH & I by his insurance company)

I was expecting it within the last few weeks and they aren't paying

I'm in such a strop and I'm sulking

and now I want some plain chocolate raisins

I don't know whether to laugh or cry for you km!

I think I'm going to get a solicitor (and hopefully a supplier of plain chocolate raisins - may not be the same person tho')

you must not in any ANY circumstance accept a solicitor without raisins chocolate covered or otherwise

It's so frustrating dealing with large companies, and having them be rubbish, in a way that favours them, IYSWIM.

And shouting at whoever answers the phone there doesn't actually help, as the evil corporate trolls pay other people to answer their phones.

NQC - I ended up sympathsising with the poor woman on the end of the phone - as her bosses have stuffed everything up - she ended up practically in tears
