I haven't received my Tax Credit renewal pack yet, have you?

Should I be worried and spend forever trying to call them?

I'm just concerned my payments will stop if I wait until the 7th to call them. This is the first time I've had to renew, I'm not sure what I'm meant to do.

I think they come out between the beginning of the tax year (tomorrow) and around the end of May. You certainly won't have had one yet.

You can't renew over the phone either until your pack has been sent out IIRC.

So don't worry just yet

If you've got a successful active claim ongoing they tend to assume 'no change' until they hear differently from you via the renewal. Don't panic :)
