Why did Tesco send me a new CC; I had just learnt the number for the old one?

Barclaycard sent me a new CC because some numbnuts thief had learned the number for my old one... Pays to keep changing them around. :)

I had a letter about a month ago saying they were going to switch me to a World Mastercard unless I notified them I didn't want it.

Yep that's it a world mastercard

I suppose I should read those letters really
